Premier luxury Chalet Zermatt Penthouse Heinz Julen is an opulent star class 4 bedrooms penthouse located in the serene background of the Mt. Matterhorn in Zermatt, the world renowned European ski resort. It offers guests self-catered services and catered services in the off season. However, during the season it only provides catered services. The penthouse can be accessed by taking the Omnia Hotel lift (guests are provided with a private key) starting from the heart of Zermatt, in the vicinity of the church in the main street. Once the lift reaches the chalet end, the penthouse is only a 2 minutes’ walk. This beautiful luxurious penthouse is an architectural wonder created by the famous architect Heinz Julen. Chandeliers and furniture crafted by hand mark the presence of his creativity. Massive glass windows and glass panes in the ceiling invite natural sunlight to warm up the interior while hefty wood beamed ceiling and parquet floor add a feeling of comfort to the penthouse. Splendid view of the mountain ranges and the resort refreshes the mind and the soul of any guest who seek accommodation in this peaceful penthouse.

Chalet Accommodation

The main living area of this enticing penthouse comprises of a dining area, open plan fully equipped pantry and two terraces. The traditional wood fire and the comfortable contemporary furniture together create a homely feeling inside the living room. Visitors are gifted with large glass windows and panes to gaze at the majestic Mischabel Mountains and the countryside while snuggling in the cosy couch. Accommodation can be provided to 8 guests in this stylish penthouse’s 4 double bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are located in the main floor with signature high beamed ceilings and modern furniture. The master bedroom is stretched in the top storey including a separate Jacuzzi bath, inclined glass ceilings and large windows to enthral the guests with the stunning view. The remaining bedroom is in the ground floor with an exercise room equipped with a treadmill, two relaxing lobbies and private sauna with a glass front featuring a hydro massage shower and water closet. All four bedrooms are having a TV set, attached shower and water closet and balcony. Guests are offered a washing machine, hair dryer and internet facilities (LAN, WLAN wireless) apart from the above amenities. All three storeys are connected by private internal lifts and stairs.

2. Rates For The Self Catered Service Include;

3. Concierge Services Provided:

• Pre-arrival aid such as making transfer reservations, arranging excursions, booking restaurants and spa, arranging babysitting facilities etc. • Arrival and departure aid, this includes reserving taxis • Visiting the chalet daily if needed.

4. Extras And Discounts Included:

• Cots for babies are on the house • Cleaning will cost an extra CHF 45 per hour • Self catered guests will be charged only CHF 2500 per week for bed and breakfast and cleaning • A spare adult bed will cost only CHF 150 per week if you are on self catered service, CHF 700 per week if you are on catered service. If the bed is for a child below 16, it is entitled to a 50% discount. • Guests on catered service could accompany additional guest at dinner for just CHF 100 per person/per day
