CHALET ACCOMMODATION

The contemporary Zeus Penthouse is positioned in the top store of a luxury chalet extending over a 170m2 with an internal elevator to access. It is featured with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms providing accommodation to 6 adults at a time. The master bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and water closet while the other bathroom equips a shower and a water closet. The wooden fireplace, wide flat screen TV set; DVD player and satellite/cable TV channels present the guests a familiar cosy atmosphere in the living room. Roomy balconies capture the splendid vista of Matterhorn and the village. In the top notch open plan kitchen you could find an oven, 4 hotplates, dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The dining area faces stunning views of the resort and mountains. Gusts are also offered a PC and wireless broadband internet facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer, ski storage, complete concierge services and cleaning on the day of departure (except additional cleaning is requested). Pets are allowed in the penthouse but smoking is prohibited. Visitors could relax and refresh engaging in sport or wandering in the beautiful village located 500m (8mins walk) from the penthouse. The exquisite position of the penthouse solves the transportation issues efficiently. The ski bus stop is just 80 m away, the Gornergrat railway station is in a mere 200m distance and the underground Metro Sunnegga station is only 500m away.

Rates for the Self Catered Service Include;

• Starter pack (whether the duration is 7 days or more) charges and charges for possessions. • Charges for the bed linen, towels, and other amenities. • Firewood charges • Costs to stuff the fridge, this cost exclude cost spent on purchases and taxis. • Bills excluding telephone bills during the stay such as electricity, water, cable TV, Wi-Fi broadband internet. • Concierge services (listed below) • Kurtaxe (Visitors Tax) • Cleaning the chalet at the end.

1. Concierge Services Provided:

• Pre-arrival aid such as making transfer reservations, arranging excursions, booking restaurants and spa, arranging babysitting facilities etc. • Arrival and departure aid, this includes reserving taxis • Visiting the chalet daily if needed.

3. Extras And Discounts Included:

• Cots for babies are on the house • Cleaning will cost an extra CHF 45 per hour • Self-catered guests will be charged only CHF 2500 per week for bed and breakfast option, including daily maid/cleaning. • A spare adult bed will cost only CHF 150 per week if you are on self-catered service, CHF 700 per week if you are on catered service. If the bed is for a child below 16, it is entitled to a 50% discount. • Guests on catered service could accompany additional guest at dinner for just CHF 100 per person/per day
