In a five minutes walk from the famous Piazzetta through the luxury boutiques of Via Camerelle you’ll reach the lovely Villa delle Statue, this amazing property is surrounded by a terraced park of pine woods, fruits trees and Mediterranean plants for more than 7.000 sq.m.

The villa is in an exclusive area called Occhio Marino. The access is from the upper part of the villa through a wrought-iron gate. An 80 steps staircase, bordered with edera and bougainvillea plants, will lead you down to the main villa. In the middle we'll find a first annex consisting of a double bedroom with its own bath and two large sofas that can be opened to offer 2 further single beds (on request).

All the property consist of a main House, and 3 annexes (1 in the upper part and 2 in lower levels). The main house spreads on two levels and features on ground floor: a largest living area with a large sitting area with white sofa up to 6/7 seats, a dining area with a table sitting up to 12 people.

 The living room is well decorated with paintings of famous 900 painters. The living room is equipped with a TV 32'' and a DVD. Largest French windows connect the living room with a large terrace. All the rooms are featured by high vaulted ceiling floors.

Next to the sitting room there is a big kitchen fully equipped with an American refrigerator, a 5 rings cooker, an electrical oven, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher. A cooking service is available on request. The Kitchen has also access to a laundry through a 20 steps staircase. In the laundry room there is a washing machine as well another freezer.

A hallway on the main entrance gives access to the kitchen, the living room, but also to a single bedroom with a French bed and an en suite modern bathroom with shower decorated with nice grey ceramics tiles.

A central staircase leads to the second floor where are 3 double bedrooms. Each room is provided with "Queen" size beds and its own bathroom (2 of them are en suite and one next door). All the bathrooms have a shower.

Two bedrooms have a private access on a large panoramic terrace, overlooking the sea, the island and the huge park of the property. The big terrace is neighboring with the pool terrace, there you will enjoy your time relaxing on white chaise lounges and armchairs, having a refreshing bath into the panoramic swimming pool of 6 x 3 meters.

The pool terrace offers stunning views over the island and the bay of Marina Piccola.

From the back of the villa a staircase will lead you to the 2 lowers floors. There are 2 apartments each with its private terrace, the first is featured by a living area with a sofa, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen area with 4 electrical cookers, a refrigerator, a freezer and a sink.

Just next to the living room there is a nice bedroom with a "King" size bed, a large shower box with blue lights and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is a twin beds bedroom with own large private bathroom with shower. The annex has great views that you can enjoy from the rooms and the terrace.  The terrace is furnished with chairs, table and an in stone bench.

Coming down to another level we'll reach the third annex with the last double bedroom with its own bathroom. The property comes down along the cliff to a large valley where is a distinctive vegetable garden and fruits trees at guests disposal with all seasonal fruits.

Following the path you'll come up on the other side of the property where, walking through the pine forest you'll meet an astonishing scenario with bronze statues immersed in the nature, all surrounded by unparalleled views; the path will lead you up to a newest belvedere overlooking one of the most beautiful view of the island with a terrific view of the Faraglioni rocks and the bay of Marina Piccola.
