Welcome to Ischia, the hospitable island of Campania, known worldwide as the Isola Verde (Green Island), for the incredible vegetation that covers it. So rich and varied that makes it an ideal destination for holidays for the richness and diversity of its attractions: the sea, the history, the spa, the unforgettable cuisine.

Villa Ornella is a beautiful villa on three levels, ideal for families or large groups, with its more than 12 bedrooms, large common areas, a large swimming pool.

It has a convenient location in the center of Ischia Porto, the main town of Ischia. The beaches are a five minute walk, a few hundred meters you will find all the shops, bars and restaurants. Tennis, soccer, spa facilities and pleasant walks are also possible near the villa.

The garden of Villa Ornella runs all around the whole house and it consists of a series of pleasant shady corners ideal for different times of day. An electric gate leads to the parking area, there is a first terrace with chairs and tables ideal for a first coffee or the afternoon tea.

Down approximately 15 steps we reach the area equipped for outdoor dining adjacent to the kitchen of the villa. This space covered by a patio and illuminated at night is equipped with chairs and an extensible table for more than 20 people, barbecue and pizza oven.

Turning around the villa we find some flowerbeds that flank the entrances of two independent annex outside and three bedrooms of the lower floor, to ensure all guests the utmost privacy.

The path around the villa leads us to the front garden which is occupied by the large swimming pool (22 m. X 8 m.) with solarium area equipped with chaise lounges, umbrellas and lounge chairs.

 In the same area there is a great patio connected to the main hall of the villa, equipped with sofas and 2 large tables for breakfast or lunch. Villa Ornella is a typical multi-family villa of over 1000 square meters, built on three levels. It has wide common areas and 12 bedrooms (+2 staff bedrooms and a couple of bedrooms available on request).

The villa can be rented in exclusivity to groups with children, with a minimum of 6 rooms.

Prices are also available for rent with 8, 10 and 13 rooms.

Ground Floor (3 bedrooms)

The main floor consists of a very large and bright living room (about 150 square meters). The lounge has a central bar and is surrounded by three areas with sofas and armchairs and a card table. The large living room has access to the swimming pool area by a large shaded terrace with table and chairs ideal for reading al fresco or enjoy a cool drink during a sunny day of Summer.

The hall is connected to a corridor on which they have access to a service bathroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the main hall a staircase leads to the lower floor and the third floor of the villa.

Lower Floor (3 bedrooms+2 staff bedrooms)

1 double with en suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin and 1 double sharing a bathroom (+ 2 staff bedrooms on request) The staircase opens on a leisure area with pool table, other sofas, satellite TV and gaming tables.

Going on we arrive in to the large kitchen with a dining table, in case you prefer to dine inside. The dining room leads to a large guest kitchen of the villa.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 modern fridge-freezer, five burner grill, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, and two sinks, all built in or around a granite bench with black upholstery and white wooden furniture. In addition, from the leisure area you can reach the area for the staff with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and office generally used by the cook (available on request). On the other side the main kitchen gives access to an outside patio equipped for outdoor dining.

The kitchen leads to 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one twin and two doubles), each with access to the garden.

3rd Floor (4 bedrooms)

From the main hall room a staircase will lead on the third floor of the villa where there are: 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower, both have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool area, 1 double bedroom with a large bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, served by 1 bathroom in the corridor adjacent to the twin bedroom

Annex (2 double bedrooms ensuite)

On the back of the garden, there are 2 annex each with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The rental price includes all utilities except heating, 2 sets of linens and towels per week, final cleaning and daily cleaning.

An excellent local chef service is available on request. The villa is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning (in some rooms) and fans in all rooms, satellite TV, wifi internet, parking, wood-burning oven and barbecue, 2 well-equipped areas for al fresco dinner, stereo.
