The entrance to the town of Sirmione with the own car and the villa is private with guest pass for those who book the villa and is free. The Garda lake Villas itself has been built in 50s but careful renovated in 2010 whereof this Garda lake Villas includes basement, ground floor and first floor of total 5 bedrooms , garden ,swimming pool, private beach and is air conditioned. On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms with a lake view on the Desenzano Bay, three bathrooms with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor living room with a spectacular terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool, lake view, kitchen, outdoors with a barbecue, a single bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine. Bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms king size and 1 bedroom with single bed. 4 Bathrooms all with showers , wc, whereof 1 bathroom have jacuzzi.
