Part of the land is on the dune with some uneven areas: caution is advised for young children. Easy parking on the property.
Ground floor: bright living room/kitchen area facing south, large French doors opening onto a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture. Two adjoining bedrooms, each with access to the terrace: one bedroom with a bunk bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (140 cm), one bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet.
First floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (120 cm), and a shower room with a sink, shower, and toilet.
