Summary: The only issue i had was the nosy neighbors and downstairs stayed kinda hot for me. The other thing was there wasn't no where to sit except on bar stools or the bed upstairs. There should be a small couch downstairs underneath the stairs and maybe get some kind of ac for downstairs. The bathroom is downstairs so needless to say i fell a few times in the middle of the night. Its a nice place but maybe for a short stay. David seems like a great guy.
