At 10 minutes from Rémuzat, perched on a plateau above the gorges of Saint May, the farmhouse is surrounded by lavender. With a view of the mountain Angèle, the plateau of Saint Laurent and its vultures, the place is conducive to silence and rest. The nearest neighbor is 200 meters away.
The 11-meter pool fits beautifully into the landscape. The covered terrace welcomes you at all times. Accessible by a large sliding glass door, the very luminous house with its white floors and walls of old stones, opens by a wide staircase on a large living room, with its old furniture and the equipped kitchen. Through the bay window, the view embraces the lavender and the valley. The master bedroom hosts a large double bed (1.80 m) and also opens onto the valley. A bathroom with shower and toilet is attached. The accommodation is complete with a second bedroom with bunk beds (2m by 2) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
The large covered terrace can also accommodate all your meals. Behind the terrace, a large barn can even shelter the games of the children in case of rain. The pool is heated by a heat pump and protected by a safety shutter.
The access is from the road from Nyons to Gap, by chemin de la Condamine, road macadamized, but narrow and comprising 8 hairpins, three of which are rather tight. Depending on the type of vehicle, a maneuver may be necessary. The road is therefore not recommended for vehicles that are particularly wide, people who are prone to dizziness or people who do not know how to start a hill. That said, I ride without any difficulty with my Volvo V90 station wagon (maneuvering in three bends), even with a trailer. If in doubt, do not hesitate to ask me.
