This superb 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located almost opposite the vibrant, cosmopolitan marina of Lagos. A short walk down the main Avenue or Avenida will take lead you to the historical town centre. The bus station and train station are close by which would make it ideal for anyone wishing to get out and see the Algarve.
Located on the 2nd floor of a distinctive modern 3 storey building noticeable by its deep red colour facade. The apartment has wooden floors throughout except in the kitchen area and all fittings and cupboards are white, which adds to the bright, airy fresh, almost scandanavial feeling this apartment offers.
On entering the apartment you walk into a spacious hallway with a feature mirror and console table with modern spotlights fitted into the ceiling. To the left are the two twin bedrooms and in front of you is the bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes and partial views out to the marina and the main avenida in Lagos.
