Summary: We had a wonderful time at Azulea Bacalar. We stayed in the best room they had but unfortunately a few things were not working well. Blackout drapes were not the right size so the windows were not all they way covered. Water pressure was not the best, the terrace was missing furniture with cushions. The hotel was overall clean, the staff was amazing, and the food was seriously sooo good. Quite the chef! Thank you to Miguel and everyone that took good care of us. They reimbursed us for one of the nights we didn't have water.Everyone was so attentive. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!!
