Large country house, comfortable.
Located 10 minutes from Dax, 35 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton Hossegor, near the thermal baths.
On the ground floor two beautiful double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom / shower as well as wc, a laundry room, another WC, a large fitted kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large oven, gas stove, lots of dishes) communicating with a large dining room (table 12 people) with hearth.
Living room in two parts of approximately 80 m2 equipped with a Godin stove and an insert / fireplace.
Upstairs large dormitory of 70 m2 with 5 single beds and a double bed. Magnificent view of the village.

Summary: It was a perfect stay if you have children. They have a whole floor to themselves inside and they can play at the pool for hours too. There are no immediate neighbors so nobody cares about possible noise. The location is well situated so that you don't need to drive far to see things. Close to bakeries and an Intermarche.
