The villa is in a small lottisment of similar villas, with ample parking. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large sun mezzaine and roof terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower over. Downstairs, is another double bedroom with en suite, shower room and a large open plan Lounge, kitchen, diner. The rear garden has a patio terrace area with dining furniture for 6 and sunloungers, with views towards the lake and Leucate Plage. It is within easy walking distance to the Mediterranean and wide sandy beach of Leucate Plage. It is located in a friendly traditional village which has 10 or more restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 20 mins from Perpignan Airport 40 mins from Carcassonne Airport . Its location makes visits to Barcelona, Collioure, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan or Font Romeu (a ski resort), all accessible within an easy drive. You can visit the zoo at Sigean, play golf at St Cyprien, learn to wind surf or tele-ski on the nearby Etang or just relax on the beaches. We find something new to do and see each time we visit.
