Our Californian style house, 1950s, is located on the hillside. It has a breathtaking sea and mountain view, in a calm and peaceful residence. The 1,200 m2 Mediterranean garden is fenced and has private access to the residence's secure swimming pool.
The house consists of two separate and independent floors:
- on the ground floor: a studio with shower room and separate WC (sleeps 4).
- on the 1st floor: the living rooms (kitchen, living / dining room) a bathroom, a WC and two bedrooms (sleeps 5).
This house is both very pleasant and functional.
