Negative: There was a lot of noise in the hall both late at night and early in the morning. There were a group of guys, not sure if they were other guests, and they just seem to sit around and talk loudly for extended periods of time. The room is not sound proof and this was very disturbing. Also, at breakfast, the hot water heater was full of a strange substance, as if it had not been cleaned in weeks and something was growing in it. Very off-putting.
