Summary: The apartment was nicely updated and felt safe. The check-in process was a little frustrating because we were asked to get a hold of the management company, yet no one was responding, so we stood out front for 20-30 minutes. When we did finally get someone on the phone, the process was smooth and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. There is a nice grocery store right across the street and a short walk to a bus station and metro. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were nice. Our only complaint is that the showers could use a deep clean. The management company offered to send someone out, but we were only staying for two nights, so we declined the offer. The walls are a little thin, so the neighbors could be heard early in the morning and later in the evening, but not too disruptive. Overall, it's a nice place and a good home base for visiting Milan.
