Just 1km from the beach on a quiet cul de sac, Casa La Isla Bonita is an excellent location for a family holiday being close to Carvoeiro but offering space and privacy in private grounds.
On entrance level there is the living area with fully fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar. The dining area has a stunning dome ceiling and leads to the lounge area. There is a spacious terrace with external dining and lounge furniture to enjoy the sea and garden view. There is an entrance WC. For those with a car, there is a gated driveway for several vehicles.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes and benefit from patio doors leading to the external area. The swimming pool (13x7m) can be heated for additional fee and has plenty of space for sun loungers. The mature gardens surround the house and offer colour as well as natural shade areas with large palm trees. There is a large BBQ and more dining furniture in the gardens and also the use of a tennis court. The villa is truly special with beautiful views, mature gardens and stunning traditional features within the house.
