A large four bedroom holiday rental villa on the Tuscany Umbria border with big swimming pool (the pool area has its own bathroom and outdoor kitchen) and tennis court. This house is for a maximum of eight people. Now a holiday house, it was once used as a family home by the owners. The villa accommodation is over two floors and it is not suitable for wheelchairs. There are insect screens on the windows. Internet access is provided, this works best by the pool annex. All bed linen, bath and pool towels are supplied and changed weekly.
On the ground floor is a large living room with sitting room area with sofas, TV, DVD player, CD player and a dining area with table and chairs for 8. There is a games room with a full size pool table. Also downstairs is a double bedroom with queen size bed and one family bathroom (not en suite). There is a large shady porch area by the front door with outdoor furniture. Free wifi.
Upstairs are the 3 other bedrooms - a double with en suite shower room and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
The swimming pool complex is separately fenced, hedged and gated, with open railings at one end to enjoy the extravagant view across the countryside of Tuscany and Umbria from a raised terrace. At one end is an outdoor covered patio terrace with ample furniture connected to a fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc) and a bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and WC. The swimming pool is fourteen metres by five metres (46ft by 17ft) with sunken steps at the shallow end and conventional pool steps at the deep end, (depth 2.2m). There is a summer thermal cover to keep the water warm over night.
The tennis court has a hard surface and is in an adjoining part of the garden, trees provide shade and it is surrounded by high fencing. The surface is not suitable for professional players but will suffice for a knock around.
Around the house are lawned areas, a patio with a table tennis table and large trees providing shade.
