Positive: Breakfast was lovely, very attentive owners who make you feel relaxed, and the shared facilities are all fantastic. The swimming pool is a big bonus also. We enjoyed cooking in the shared kitchen and eating our dinner on the terrace. Such a lovely place to stay. Usually used as a wedding venue but if rooms are available to book as a bed & breakfast basis that means a wedding isn’t on and the chateau is just the most lovely place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough to go. We like to travel and rarely return anywhere but will absolutely be returning here. We sometimes find chateau hotels in France a bit “too characterful” with wallpaper and old furniture verging on musty - this place has been done up well and feels fresh and clean but still lots of character and feel.
