Summary: - [ ] This is a lovely Gite within easy walking distance to the town, the chateau, a lovely Patisserie and a big Super U superstore. The Gite has everything you could need with a spacious downstairs living area and well equipped kitchen. There is a lovely private patio and garden to relax in with a beautiful climbing rose to greet you. The bedroom upstairs is comfortable and includes a nice walk in shower. It is a little bijou in the toilet area and could be challenging for a tall person. The host Stan has been great and extremely responsive to all our needs. He provided information on some excellent bike ride routes on flat quiet roads and it was great that we could leave our bikes under cover in his garage. Thanks Stan, it has been a super relaxing holiday here in Durtal. John and Christine
