The Villa "Les Rocs" has an outstanding view of the Mediterranean sea, the Ajaccio gulf and its Sanguinaires Islands on top of the Corsican mountains. It is an air conditioning familial house full of charm that you'll love for it space, calm and ideal exposure to sun.
The house is fully equipped especially the kitchen with electric cooking plate, microwave and classical owen; dish washer, expresso coffre machine, WEBER barbecue etc...The dining room has a panoramic view of the sea and allows direct access to the sunroof terrace. There is a TV room close to the cathedral living room. The sunroof terrace is just ideal for late apes, lunch, dinner or just farniente. You will not stop making pictures of the sunsets looking for the green ray. The WEBER gas barbecue à gaz as well as a wooden barbecue are there to allow you to enjoy the Corsican food.
Away from the living rooms are three bedrooms (2 beds for bedroom 1 ad 2, three beds for bedroom 3 (either parental room or for three kids, as you wish); all with a sea view and a balcony, space to store your garments/personal stuff. Two independent water-closets, a bathroom and close to bedroom 3 an Italian shower.
At the pool level, there is a special room with the washing machine and a sink. There is as well an outside shower and the 10x 4 m swimming pool (non-heated).
Last but not least the garden is just gorgeous with plenty of nice oak, olive and pine trees as well as granite rocks (hence the name of the house) ideally placed for kids to play and providing total privacy.
At the bottom of the hill, all needed stores can be found: bakery, small super market, pizzeria, meat , sushi and sea food stores ad access to many beach restaurants (paillotes)
You will have to decide to which beach you will go, Ruppione, the closest; Mare e sol, Stagnate, Isollella etc... You can reach them by walking through the maquis, by bicycle or by car. Should you wish to hike, you may just from the villa around the valley or on the mountains nearby (GR20 etc...). No doubt you will enjoy the place!
