This home is an old railway station part of which is a self-contained gîte, it comfortably houses 6 guests with it's 4 bedrooms. The property has an extensive garden and a large wall enclosed pool of 11.5 x 5 m. The Ancienne Gare is the perfect setting to holiday with family or friends.
Ground Floor - Kitchen/diner - fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Leading off from the kitchen there is: A separate washing machine area and a large storeroom.
Sitting room - with double doors leading on to a large private covered decked terrace, the old platform, with steps leading down to the garden to where originally the railway line ran. The terrace is westerly facing so a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and spectacular sunsets. There is plenty of garden furniture as well as a gas barbecue.
Bedroom 1 - large room with a super king size bed (180 cm) and large ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, hand basin & WC (which can be accessed from living area if wished).

All the bedrooms are large with ample space to accommodate a cot, which can be supplied. A high chair as well as other baby equipment is available. The property has wi-fi connection and air con.
The Grounds - The pool, shared only with the owners, is 5m x 11.5m, 2.5m deep end with a diving board and 1.2m at the shallow end with large roman steps. The large surrounding area is totally enclosed adding to your privacy. The pool water is U.V. light treated, therefore being kinder than other pool treatments. There is plenty of pool furniture including a covered daybed. The property is set in 2.5 acres of enclosed garden. There are several areas for alfresco dining, along with a gas barbecue. There is a large trampoline with a high surrounding safety net. and a ping pong table.
