Positive: Friendly welcome and service. Cleanliness. The kitchen is comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. The owner speaks English, which is a big plus - something not always guaranteed in Italian B&Bs. She clearly put a lot of effort into making the place attractive and was very open to our feedback on small improvements that could help.

Negative: The kitchen is located right next to the rooms. On the one hand, this is convenient, but your morning sleep might be disturbed by guests who choose to have breakfast early - sometimes even before the 8 a.m. start time stated in the hotel rules.

Summary: It feels like home – a place you'll want to return to.
