- A fully equipped American kitchen with central island and American fridge, etc.
- Open dining room of 40m2 including a large solid wood table of 3m for 12 people.

- The 20m2 "Vautisse" bedroom equipped with a 160/200 unit, a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, double sink unit, Italian shower, bath and dressing room. Independent toilet.
- The "Lauzet" room of 20m2 equipped with 160/200 unit and a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, single vanity unit, Italian shower and dressing room.
- The "Catinat" room of 30m2 equipped with a 160/200 bed, a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, single basin unit, Italian shower, wc and separate dressing room.
On the air-conditioned floor:
