Some of these finishes and elements include the ground floor pavements that are made with antique Lombard cotto tiles. The stairs and the floorings on the first floor are made from chestnut wood, aged for 20 years before being treated and placed for the guests to enjoy.

For lovers of absolute silence the windows are all sound-proofed ensuring no disturbance at all times.

In terms of accommodation, Villa can host 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, with 6 private bathrooms. An additional staff bedroom with dedicated bathroom is also available.

And to top that spacious and full of light living and dining areas, a professional kitchen and plenty of other spaces complete the scene.

In the exteriors the scene is dominated by the lake-view heated swimming pool. But that is not all. The panoramic sun patio, the manicured gardens with direct views of the lake, the chilling out areas are here for you to enjoy.

Ground floor
There is a large and sunny living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and CD player. Near the wide living room, there’s another sitting room with a lake view where you will find a magnificent, functioning grand piano.

This floor also features a modern and fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, one blast chiller, 2 dishwashers, a large fridge with freezer and a wide kitchen island, a large dining room with a wooden table for up to 16 people. Backing on to the kitchen is a staff bedroom with a dedicated bathroom. On the ground floor there’s a double bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, accessible by people with mobility issues and disabilities.

Basement
From the spacious and bright entrance on the back of the villa the guests have access to the stairs. Descending a few steps, you will find the laundry room, equipped with washing machine, dryer and a large sink.

First floor
Climbing up the stairs brings you to a sitting room with terrace and another 5, AC, double bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom. Three rooms have their own large terrace, two of which have the lake view. All the beds in all the bedrooms can be double or twin. Each room is unique and distinct in colour, and each features an original tapestry decor with beautiful floral designs that give every individual room its own personality, accentuated by the exclusive furnishings.

Outdoors
The property is right on the shore of the lake, just a few metres from the public beach. In the large private garden there is a lake-front swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1,10 mt), heated from the second week of May untill the third week of September; during the other seasons, it can be heated, if required, at an additional cost. Behind the house there is a private parking area.
The village (and the shopping) is a short 600 metres from the property. From the lakeside promenade you can reach cafes and restaurants.
