It drives along a dirt road for 2 km and upon entering the gate there are several parking spaces. On the right side of the Quinta is Villa Tio Pedro.
On the ground floor the living room has direct access to the garden and pool. A dining table and some sofas for watching TV. Turn right into the hallway and come to the kitchen with double fridge and all the cooking equipment you will need, in front of the kitchen and the laundry room with the washer and dryer.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom. All beds throughout the villa are of very good quality, with high quality mattresses, very comfortable.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, of which one is also en-suite. All beds are double beds with a top mattress so they could be made into singles with a small commitment to comfort.
Throughout the villa there is underfloor heating, air conditioning and WIFI. A super 5 bedroom home with everything you need for an exceptional vacation.
Outside there is a superb view of the various living areas and a huge terrace. There are plenty of places to eat outside and of course plenty of sun loungers around. In the partially restored ruin is installed the barbecue and the outdoor dining area. The large pool is huge and can be heated, which means swimming all year round.
