Positive: Great view from the terrace in front of the house, animals in the garden for children to watch

Negative: Only one window (to the terrace) could be opened, it had no screen door so we could not keep it open over night because the cat kept coming into the apartment. There should be at least one window (better yet two) that could be left open during the night to allow for some fresh air in the apartment (especially during the hot summer). No sharp knife in the kitchen, had to buy one to slice a melon. Bedroom behind the kitchen gets some light, but windowless bathroom behind the bedroom gets no sunlight and no fresh air. Rooms only separated by curtains.
