Positive: The location and the secure parking in a garage for our bicycles.

Negative: The room we had did not look like the photographs or match the description. There were no toiletries or bathrobes, no sofa, or wardrobe. They told me that the photos of the rooms are of all four units in the block and not all units have a couch. There was only one very small saucepan so cooking a meal would be challenging. Our booking confirmation advised that check out was at 11.00am, which I had confirmed with reception, and the cleaning staff were knocking on the door just after 10.00am. Also the kitchen bin had not been emptied and we only received one set of towels. The towels were quickly provided when requested.

Summary: The room was fine, they just need to describe it accurately.
