Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, quiet but very close to the centre of Mantova. The apartment was clean and cosy with the amenities as described. A very pleasant stay.

Negative: The check-in process wasn't great. We were following the instructions but the electronic gate access through clicking the button on the website didn't work for us. In the end a kind lady let us in to the building where we were then able to collect our keys from the lock box. But it was not ideal. We tried to contact the host at the time but didn't get a response. We then also had difficulty unlocking the door to our apartment, but once we got the knack it was ok.
