Old farm in a 7 HA park, fully enclosed and planted with trees. The 300 m2 house accommodates 14 people and includes 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a very large dining room, equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi. There is a 15X6m outdoor pool with its pool house and barbecue
The staircase for access to 3 of the 6 bedrooms is equipped with a handy lift for the elderly or slightly disabled.

The cottage is absolutely ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to meet in a warm, peaceful setting in the countryside far from the hustle and bustle of modern life
The house is tastefully decorated in an old bourgeois style with lots of character. The beds in the 6 bedrooms and the sanitary facilities are of high quality. the kitchen is fully equipped, the living-dining room of more than 80 m2 is very convivial. The main terrace of over 200 m2 faces south and is close to a very pretty shaded and fish-filled pond.
You will also appreciate the two small terraces in east and west for breakfast or reading at the good hours of the day. The pool house allows you to enjoy both lunches and dinners by the 15 X 6 m swimming pool secured by a fence and a gate and also with a surface alarm
You will be welcomed for the turn of the owner upon your arrival and you can at any time in case of needs call on the caretakers of the property who have their independent accommodation on the estate and not overlooked on the cottage.
As an option, we offer an air-conditioned, independent reception room of 70 m2 for organizing an event (40 seats), fully equipped (tables, chairs, sound system, video and giant screen ..)
We can also put our cook at your disposal able to fulfill all your wishes (meals, breakfasts, cocktails ...)

Summary: The Check-in was easy, even though the lady managing the property could only speak french. She kindly showed us around the huge place and helped us settle in.
