Summary: The cottage was very clean and comfortable in a lovely style with everything we needed for out 3 week stay in September. There is a private terrace that looks onto the garden which is a relaxing place to drink your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The garden was a real treat for us and a lot of care and attention has gone into creating a beautiful green environment with a wide variety of plants to look at and the butterflies they attract. The pool was an added bonus and the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. Our hosts Stephan and Vanessa were really friendly and welcoming. Our French is very basic but Stephan speaks great English and was really helpful with all of our questions and giving us lots of information about the area. Stephan also made a reservation for us at the Le Logis Du Péré restaurant which is highly recommended and only 2km away from Le Clos du Vallon des Courances Thank you both so much for your hospitality. Hopefully we will be able to return again one day.
