The apartment has a full terrace which stretches from the bedroom to the kitchen and overlooks the marina lake, it is equipped with a dining table and chairs ideal for dining 'al fresco'. It also has 2 sunbeds to enjoy soaking up the sun.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe, comfortable lounge/dining room with TV & DVD plus a well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is ideal for 2 persons but there is also a sofa bed suitable for an extra 2 persons. There is a private parking space with access by elevator from the garage to the apartment floor.
The apartment Includes 4 pool passes to the Marina club hotel external swimming pool facilities, this is approx. a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
The property is equipped with it´s own personal Wifi and has air conditioning in the lounge area and bedroom.
We provide towels and bed linen for the apartment. Please note we do not provide pool/beach towels.
The TV has the standard Portuguese channels.
However for a charge of €30 for your stay there is an additional option of a TV Wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
The apartment is central to the Marina and within walking distance to the town, supermarket, restaurants, shops, station and the beach. You do not need a car unless you wish to explore further a field.
