Positive: charming, elegant retreat that instantly makes you feel at ease. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in a peaceful, refined setting with a beautiful view! . The staff was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. Its quiet location, just steps from the heart of Auxerre, is perfect for both rest and exploration. A true little gem, it’s the kind of hotel you immediately want to return to. The breakfast experience was amazing, the handling gentleman amazing, there was even a parrot a cat and a dog that came to visit! It was heaven!!!! In the room everything is EXCEPTIONAL! You will even find a fitness mat! And the gardens! Oh what a beautiful place. There was even some sheep shaped plants, the cutest thing ever!!!

Negative: Only that we had to leave!

Summary: Heaven on earth! Elegant, warm, classy, comfortable, amazing!!!!
