Summary: The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Though I had booked a double room I was given two singles but, only because the key given was incorrect ( easy to confuse a 6 & 9!) but it was no issue for me, I should have questioned it but with two dogs in hand easier to just settle in the first room! We were late yet they still gave us a table in the restaurant, and OMG the food was amazing. Next day breakfast delicious, loads of home made pastries etc, the croissant and jam particularly 😋. A wonderful hotel, lovely town with lovely walks for the dogs.
