With a long dining table made from local wood that seats ten, elegant cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen and living room, which has a large comfortable sofa and a 65" flat screen TV, are so fresh. and spacious like the exterior of this home.The main house has three bright and spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room.Each of the three rooms in the house has custom pine wood furniture, luxury mattresses, air conditioning, vast closet space and lots of natural light coming through large windows that have blackout curtains.
The MASTER BEDROOM with its sliding glass doors draws lots of natural light inside and also leads out onto a private terrace, benefiting from a view of the pool and outside landscaping. It has a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a desk area complete with a computer screen and high-speed internet.
The OTHER TWO BEDROOMS in the home have plenty of closet space, air conditioning, ceiling fans, one with two custom-made double bunk beds and the other with a king-size bed that easily converts to two singles, which can also be used as a Extra TV lounge, with a 50" flat screen.
The bathrooms have everything you need, including towels, face cloths and ecological soap, shampoo and rinse.
The adjacent GUEST HOUSE is fully equipped with a full kitchen, private bathroom, custom pinewood furniture, a kid's sofa bed, and a queen bed on the mezzanine accessed by pinewood stairs that also They serve as storage space. It also has a 55" flat screen TV and an air conditioning unit.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, except for a closet in the laundry room, a storage room located outside the guest house and the pool machine room, all used by the maintenance staff.
