Overlooking Monate Lake with its private beach, Villa Evelina is an old-fashioned house where history meets unforgettable sunsets and the surrounding nature. The park that welcomes it with centuries-old trees and flowering plants makes this villa perfect even in the warmer months, creating different shaded areas where you can relax with family or friends. An enchanting arbor surrounded by wisteria plants is the ideal place to admire the surrounding landscape and the pedal boat nicknamed by the owners "Gigio" will accompany you to discover the lake.
Inside the villa, which can accommodate up to 10 people, the spaces are large and well arranged; on the ground floor there are the kitchen, the dining room overlooking the terrace and the park, a piano and a second living room for after dinner, as well as a guest bathroom.
On the upper floors, however, there are the 5 bedrooms overlooking the lake and the 4 bathrooms with showers that have been recently renovated.
The villa is always very cool and there are also splits for air conditioning.
