Summary: I had the most amazing stay at Hotel Balzac. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest and most attentive staff, who surprised me with a wonderful room upgrade that truly did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — every detail is thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team deserves all the credit and recognition for making my stay so special.
