Positive: Hotel rooms and baths were nice and clean. Breakfast is a must do!!! Such a variety of different things to choose from. Best thing was the rooftop view during breakfast! Staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely go back to stay!!❤️

Negative: Only negative is the size of the elevator and only because we had a baby and stroller.

Summary: Best secret in Florence!
