Positive: Great location, interconnecting rooms for our kids. Comfy beds. The restaurant is nice.

Negative: Its very basic (as advertised), no kettle or fridge however the main thing is that our rooms were really hot and the weather wasn't especially hot when we were there. It would have been very uncomfortable if it had been over 25 degrees.
