Beautiful new and comfortable house in the center of Angoulins. Ideally located you will reach on foot and in less than 2min all the shops (bakery, press, pharmacy, mini-market, pizzeria) and take advantage of all the charms of the town and the Church. A beautiful walk is offered to you from the house by crossing the parks, along the coast to discover the plaice, to reach the beaches or for the bravest reach on foot or by bike the large beach of Aytré or the beautiful seaside resort of Chatelaillon ....
You will enter through the garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a garden shed for your bikes.
Then the house, on the ground floor, a living room opening onto the garden and the patio with jacuzzi (in operation all year round and maintained after each rental) by two large bay windows. The living room offers a flat screen TV and Internet subscription, the package of Free channels as well as channel + package.
