The ground floor comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen/lounge (TV, sofa, internet access), and a dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), two shower rooms, and two separate toilets. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: one with four single beds (90 cm) and the other with two double beds (140 cm). The house has underfloor central heating via an oil-fired boiler. A laundry room with a washing machine is also provided. The property includes a 2000 m² enclosed garden, garden furniture, four sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and a pétanque court. Linen and towels are not provided. A €300 security deposit will be requested by the owner upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the property is left clean and tidy. Bed linen is available for €10 per bed per change. Electricity beyond 8 kWh/day: €0.25/kWh extra. Heating: €25/day. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table. You will also appreciate the proximity of the Padirac Cave, Rocamadour, and the Lacave Cave on the border of the Lot department. This large gîte is perfect for gatherings with family or friends.
