Positive: Very high quality of the facilities, very clean, the hot tub, sauna, and home cinema were new and fun.

Negative: While it is perfect for a couple, we came with 2 kids and it was rather small for the 4 of us. The master bed is also a bit small (the room is fantastically equipped, which did not leave enough space for a big bed I guess). Also- note the owner requested a 600euros deposit after we booked. I contacted them about it and i hope that future tenants will be notified *before* booking about it.

Summary: A perfect spot for couples (less for a family), with many perks in a nice location
