The complete property is made up of 2 houses and a poplar plantation, crossed by a river, on which a water mill was built, hence the name of the property.
The two houses are separated by a common part serving as parking.

Summary: The house was spacious, the furnishings elegant. Tje kitchen was provided with everything you would ever need. The position was near Chinon, a very pretty town, so shops were easily available. everyone we met, including our hostess, were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay, and plan to return! A very agreable base for a hoñday in interesting wine country.
