Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The property is located in a highly convenient area, with excellent access to public transportation. The metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, providing direct connections to the city center within 30 minutes. Additionally, the main bus terminal is nearby. The apartment offers a spacious layout with a sufficient number of rooms, ample natural light, and a comfortable living environment. Each room is equipped with individual electric radiators, ensuring efficient and cozy heating. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while still offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and various shops.

Negative: In one of the rooms, the bed produced excessive creaking noises with even the slightest movement. The light fixture in the smaller bathroom was continuously flickering at a high frequency. Additionally, an unpleasant odor emanated from the toilet in the larger bathroom. These issues were reported to the landlord on the very first day, and although we were assured that they would be promptly inspected and resolved, no corrective action was taken and no further communication was provided. We believe that more attention should be given to the cleanliness of the property.
