Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location great to explore Reims on foot. Light and airy architecture. Good facilities. Roomy. Two caveats: 1. no parking on the street directly in front of the building. Street and garage parking ca. 150m walk. You'll have to put your warning lights on, block a bit of the street, unload your car and then go get rid of the car. Same process in reverse when you check out and 2. all the bedrooms are upstairs or downstairs and only the one bedroom downstairs would be considered good for older folks as the stairs leading up from the main floor are quite steep and narrow.

Negative: This is the first review of this place here on Booking. My assumption is that the unit has not been used in a while. That showed. Quite a few small issues like lightbulbs being out, windows hadn't been washed, etc. I assume all of these will have been taken care of by the time you might rent it - we sent a detailed list of issue to the management company. What remains is that there is no AC and the place was quite warm in summer. Fans had been provided and very much helped but some people are more sensitive than others to heat issues...

Summary: Great location, nice design, read for some important details.
