Positive: There is nothing much to say what is not mentioned in other reviews/ If you are looking for luxury or fancy stuff- this is not place for you. This is for people seeking nature and tranquility. Location is way off the “beaten track”, very short walk from beach which is never crowded. Boat landing area for tours is less than 10 minutes walk away. It’s surrounded by green garden. Yes, it doesn’t have AC or hot water - but at least for me existing water was refreshing and fan was sufficient for good nights sleep/. Room is really clean, and tidied up every day. Best part is hosts, they do absolutely best to cater for you. Rafa was always attentive, even before coming down, he demanded to have 4x4 if coming by car (which I now understand why), when I decided to fly he came to meet me and drive to property. He doesn’t speak English, but we managed to understand each other well and he booked all tours, etc. Their soda (local restuarant) is within property and food there is amazing. They also provide breakfast at any time, even before early tours. Internet was very good for remote location what they have All in all - don’t go there for luxury, go for true hospitality.

Negative: Access road is quite steep, make sure you have 4x4 if you drive. Hosts speak only Spanish, but it’s possible to understand each other with help of app or in other means
