Summary: Checkin process was smooth but you do pick up the keys close to Central station and NOT apartment itself. A/C was NOT powerful enough for July heat and A/C is located outside at living space so we were sweating in the bedroom and didn’t have good night sleep. Apartment location was good…… short walk to train station, grocery store & Duomo. I would not book again for summer months but it’s works fine for cooler weather.
