The property comprises 16th and 18th-century buildings (a small manor house, farmhouse, and outbuildings), fully renovated in 2023 with contemporary interior design, while preserving their original exterior appearance. This 300 m² building is situated on a landscaped and wooded 3000 m² plot in a protected natural area. The property borders a footpath known as "Les Chemins Creux" (The Hollow Paths), making it ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy the countryside on the edge of town, just 10 minutes from the TGV train station and 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large, two-hundred-year-old linden tree.
To enhance the ambiance and evoke the site's historical character, we have preserved some historical elements in the grounds (an antique cart, an apple press, and benches reconstructed using the original beams, etc.).
