'Quinta Paraíso' is a magnificent, unique 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet area near the stunning Algarvean coastline.
The villa was completed in 2012, using authentic construction methods and craftsmanship ensuring that it remained true to the original designs of this kind of property in the Algarve region, including many natural stone features.
The property incorporates the latest technology with classic style.
The living area is around 600m2 and the 7,500m2 plot is fully-fenced and has extensive landscaped gardens providing excellent privacy.
There is a driveway leading up to the property where automatic gates open onto an extensive traditional cobblestone parking area with a water feature in front of the main entrance to the villa.
The impressive entrance hall has a domed brick ceiling and leads to the very large kitchen with adjacent dining area. From the dining area patio doors lead out to the pool and gardens.
There is a living room as well as an adjoining TV room with a large flat-screen TV.
From the hallway there is access to a large mezzanine level comprising a library, office/study, and an artist's room from where you can enjoy views of the sea.
There is a fabulous internal courtyard with comfortable seating and a shade sail, surrounded by the various rooms that make up the master wing, including a fitness room with 'LifeFitness' machine, rowing machine, exercise bike, elliptical machine, and a hot tub.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
In the guest wing, there are two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed (160 x 200cm).
Bedroom 3 has twin beds (90 x 200cm).
There is a self-contained guest house with separate entrance , including bedroom 4 which has a double bed (150 x 200cm).
The 12m x 6m pool [pool heating is currently not available at this property] and extensive sun terraces are a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views and privacy of this wonderful location.
The fabulous outdoor dining area (with shade sail) and kitchen includes a 'Broil King' grill, wine cooler and is a perfect space for entertaining.
