You’ll find the apartment on the ground floor of the building, just next to the stairs. As you enter, you'll notice some closet space right in front of you. To the left, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing meals. To the right, you’ll find the bathroom with a toilet and shower. Moving straight ahead, you’ll enter the living/dining/sleeping area, which has 2 single beds pushed together to form a double bed, a sleeping sofa, and a regular couch. The living area opens to a North-East facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Don't forget the shared rooftop with breathtaking views over the Luz Bay
For your comfort, the living/dining/sleeping area is equipped with an AC unit, and there are electric heaters on the wall for cooler nights.

## Neighborhood
Luz is a quaint little holiday getaway along the Algarvian coastline. Shops, bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach are right on your doorstep. Set amidst spectacular coastal scenery you can take your time to explore the stunning cliffs, undiscovered beaches, neighboring quaint villages and the national park. It’s just a 15-minute drive to the regional capital, Lagos, if you want a bit more action.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.
Free public parking nearby. Parking in front of the apartment is not always possible in summer, but there will be plenty of space in the surrounding streets.
