The Villa di Andréa is a recent house full of charm (130 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 persons), with swimming pool (secured by an alarm), air-conditioned, with sea view.
The access to the house is possible by a few stairs, the entrance door gives on a luminous hall, leading to the living area on the right and on to the night area on the left.
In the living area, you will find the dining room, which borders on one side the superb, fully equipped kitchen, and on the other side the wooden terrace, which is separated by a large sliding glass window.
This terrace runs all along the east side, and offers a swimming pool and a sunbathing area, all partially shaded by Mediterranean trees and without any vis-à-vis.
In the extension of the dining area, the living room offers a friendly and cozy place, illuminated by another large window leading to a second terrace with sea view, partly covered and equipped with a nice garden furniture.
On the night side, you will find a separate toilet in the corridor, a laundry room and a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The three bedrooms, each with an exterior and large closets, are accessed from the hallway: two to the east and one to the west. One of them has its own shower room.
The whole is tastefully decorated in a sober and refined style, with marble floors and light wood. The parking lot allows for two cars to be parked.
